Jesse Futia
Principal and CEO
Jesse Futia is the Principal and CEO of Executive Equity Investing. Jesse grew up in Albany NY and graduated from the University of Albany. He commissioned as an officer in the US Army and served as a US Army Ranger from 2019-2021. Jesse Began investing in real estate during college where him and his family built one of the largest student housing portfolios in Albany NY. In 2021 Jesse made the transition to commercial real estate with the goal of investing in Mobile Home Parks, Apartment Buildings, and Self-Storage deals to achieve incredible returns for investors.
